I believe that each person seeking healing responds uniquely and individually to therapy, therefore, no “one size fits all”. I strive to listen carefully to each client, seeking to understand the various aspects of the crisis at hand, while approaching counseling with an open mind toward what is most helpful for the client.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapist
I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist specializing in: Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors, (including compulsive hair pulling and skin picking), social anxiety and other phobias such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Panic Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Eating Disorders. I have experience dealing with children, adolescents and adults.
